You will learn techniques to calm anybody in a fight or flight, panic attack, or stressed / beta state.

You will learn how do you use breath work with tuning forks and Qigong pressure points to create physical, energetic, and emotional release in the thyroid/ throat chakra and the respiratory system..

We will also cover techniques for using tuning forks for maintaining a healthy and creative vocal and artistic expression for immune system and circulatory support..
